YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED IN THE OFFICE (RATE, TRANSPORTATION FEE TAX AND 20% GRATUITY)

NO SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS: Airport Pickups and Point to Point (Sedans, SUVs) that are not cancelled 48 hours before scheduled pick-up time WILL BE CHARGED the rate, no gratuity, no transportation tax. All No-Show reservations will be charged. For ALL Charters, Weddings, Group Transportation (Limousine, Vans, Buses) or out of state transportation, the reservation CANNOT be cancelled under 30 days. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of service, the full amount is charged, less the gratuity, to the credit card provided. If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of service, the customer waives only the deposit; which will be charged to the credit card provided. Upon receiving this confirmation email, service is rendered on the date requested, and it serves as a credit card authorization. For any ride, after 15 minutes of waiting time, or any extra stops, extra charges will occur. Once you reserve a pickup and drop, the pickup times cannot alter. For any airport rides, the vehicle type will be determined by the amount of luggage. Passengers with Golf Clubs/Skis/Wheelchairs/Strollers, will automatically be sent an SUV and charged the SUV price. All deposits are NON refundable. Any credits are only available to use for future transportation up to 1 year from the original reservation date, after which the credit is voided. Smoking & Eating is not permitted. Children under age 8 are required to be properly secured in a car seat. Failure to do so will result in the ride being cancelled. The driver and All American Limousine are not liable for any damages.

ALL PICKUPS AND CHARTERS WILL HAVE AN ADDED FUEL SURCHARGE OF 10%.
I, the undersigned, hereby authorize All American Limousine, Inc., to charge the above listed credit card account the amount indicated on all orders I approve by my signature (anyone authorized by me to sign) at the time of receipt, and that I will in good faith, make good on the above charges. I do hereby personally guarantee payment of the event of a charge-back or non-payment without just cause, by All American Limousine, Inc. My signature is proof that I knowingly submitted this credit card information as valid & true. My signature denotes that I understand & authorize personal and/or the corporate use of this credit card for future services to be rendered without any or other signatures.
